Sales Lead & Partnerships – Founding Team
Tarrakki is hiring a leader who can forge new partnerships with banks, brokers, NBFCs and other financial institutions who are looking to add investment offerings on their platform. Your primary focus will be selling our wealth-management APIs to financial institutions, enabling them to offer comprehensive and personalized wealth-management solutions to their customers. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and nurture client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our API solutions. You’ll be working directly with the founders; Saumya & Atul and our advisory board members such as Siddharth Dhamija, (ex-CGO - Razorpay, Signzy) to pitch, sell and on-board banks, fintechs and other consumer-facing companies to the Tarrakki eco-system. On a day to day basis, you’ll be responsible maintaining relationships with CXO and key decision makers of BFSIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a strong pipeline through opportunity mapping, do lead generation and solution selling to senior decision makers in fintechs, banks, and other consumer facing companies
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with the potential partners about the most relevant features for their specific business needs
• Gather all required information from partner’s platform, identify loopholes to pitch our product in a structured and effective manner
• Identifying additional revenue and strategic partnership opportunities for the company
• Fulfilling client’s needs by addressing the challenges they are facing with respect to our product, understanding their domain and giving solutions for seamless experience
• Working closely with the product and engineering teams on tracking of enhancement requests and resolving issues
• Build a pro-active customer contact strategy which includes product adoption
• Ensure continuous and routine communication with partners to develop action plans to enhance the partnership
• Managing customers’ expectations and developing a strong understanding of our value proposition
• Provide internal feedback on how we can serve better our business and partners
• Work alongside the sales team in expanding the total assets under management (‘AUM’)
• Stay updated on developments at BSE, KRAs(CAMS/KFintech), PGs and other in the eco-system to help the product team adopt new features and products
• Liaise in product manufacturers in the investments eco-system to help the company launch new investment products
Requirements:
• Minimum experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales and BD role. CA, CFA, MBA preferred
• Proven experience in customer facing roles. Should have worked with customers in managing customer requirements, delivering, and deploying our solution
• Should be able to engage with a customer in technical discussion to comprehend the issues customers are facing and providing solutions
• Well- organized and reliable to work independently
• Strong result-oriented candidate with problem solving skills
