Operations Associate

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm.With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Operations Associate helps monitor smooth functioning of our systems, processes KYC requests, onboards new clients and more

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage daily Mutual Fund operations such as:
• Handling transaction requests
• KYCs for first time investors
• Reconciliation with RTAs (CAMS & Karvy)
• Interact with AMCs & RTA to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
• Onboarding new clients (KYC, account opening and answering any queries they have)
• Provide live chat support to the users
• Interacting with users over the phone to solve queries
• Gather feedback from users and provide the same to engineering and product teams  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree
• Internship in AMC or broking firm is an extra advantage for this position
• Basic knowledge of mutual fund and KYC process
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong command over English is a must
• Detailed oriented and well organized
